My dealings with Nucleus Wealth have generally been via Aileen as the Ops Coordinator, I've found her to be super efficient with an excellent telephone manner. If she isn't able to answer my query she gets me a response from the appropriate person either via an email or phone call in good time. I've never had to chase up any question.
